These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TheDogBlueprint.com and any purchase you make from The Dog Blueprint.

By accessing our website or purchasing one of our digital products, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About The Dog Blueprint

The Dog Blueprint provides digital educational guides relating to dog nutrition, feeding, recipes, treats, supplements and related topics.

Our products are supplied digitally. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page, nothing purchased from The Dog Blueprint will be physically shipped to you.

2. Using our website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, gain unauthorised access to our systems, use automated methods to extract substantial amounts of website content, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of The Dog Blueprint or another person.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.

3. Digital products

Products sold by The Dog Blueprint are digital products supplied electronically following purchase.

The exact guides, content and features included in your purchase are those described on the relevant product page at the time you place your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable device and software capable of opening and viewing the files.

Our guides are designed to be viewed on common devices including phones, tablets and computers.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected product subject to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, misuse of a promotion or other legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after taking payment and you are entitled to repayment, the relevant amount will be refunded.

You will receive confirmation of your purchase electronically.

5. Prices and payment

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

The total amount payable will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. The Dog Blueprint does not directly store your complete payment-card details.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time. A later price change will not alter the price of an order that has already been accepted.

6. Digital delivery

Your digital products are intended to be made available shortly after successful payment.

Access may be supplied through the order confirmation page, by email, through a digital-download service or through another method clearly communicated to you.

Please provide a valid email address and check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your delivery email.

If you have paid for a product but cannot access it, contact support@thedogblueprint.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

7. Immediate access and cancellation rights

Digital products are supplied immediately rather than waiting for the end of the normal 14-day cancellation period.

Where required by law, before immediate supply begins you will be asked to expressly consent to receiving the digital content immediately and acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content begins, you will lose your statutory right to cancel the purchase simply because you have changed your mind.

If the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have where digital content is faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or otherwise fails to meet rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Refunds and problems with digital content

Because our products are supplied digitally and can be accessed immediately, we generally do not provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after digital supply has begun where the customer has validly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the resulting loss of the cancellation right.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If digital content is faulty, inaccessible because of an issue for which we are responsible, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements, please contact support@thedogblueprint.com.

Where you are legally entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another remedy, these Terms do not restrict that entitlement.

9. Personal-use licence

When you purchase a digital product from The Dog Blueprint, you are purchasing a licence to use the supplied material for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Ownership of the intellectual property in the guides is not transferred to you.

You may download and retain reasonable personal copies of the product you purchased.

You must not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, reproduce for distribution, sublicense or commercially exploit our guides or substantial parts of them without our written permission. You must also not purchase a product for the purpose of making it available to other people as a shared digital resource.

10. Lifetime access

Where a product is advertised as including “lifetime access”, this means that your right to personally use the version of the digital material you purchased does not expire.

It does not mean that you acquire ownership of the copyright, that future editions or entirely new products will automatically be included, or that every particular download link or third-party delivery platform will remain available indefinitely.

We strongly recommend downloading and securely saving your purchased files after receiving them.

11. Educational information and veterinary disclaimer

The Dog Blueprint provides educational information intended to help dog owners better understand topics relating to food, nutrition, feeding, treats, supplements and mealtime behaviour.

Our guides are not veterinary advice and are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified veterinary professional.

Dogs can have different nutritional requirements depending on factors including age, size, breed, activity level, pregnancy, allergies, medication and medical conditions.

You are responsible for deciding whether particular foods, ingredients, supplements or feeding approaches are appropriate for your dog.

However, information relating to nutrition and animal care can develop over time, and individual circumstances differ.

We may update, correct or improve our website or digital products from time to time.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing an existing product does not automatically entitle you to every future edition, replacement product or newly released guide.

14. Intellectual property

The content of TheDogBlueprint.com and The Dog Blueprint digital products, including written material, guide designs, graphics, branding, logos, photographs and other original content, is owned by or licensed to The Dog Blueprint and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use The Dog Blueprint branding or content commercially except where we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

15. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to any conditions stated when they are offered.

Unless we state otherwise, discount codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.

We may refuse or withdraw a promotion where there has been fraud, abuse, a technical error or use outside the stated promotional conditions.

16. Third-party services

Our website relies on third-party services including Shopify, payment processors and digital-delivery or marketing services.

Their systems may occasionally experience outages or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Where a temporary third-party problem prevents you from accessing something you have purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to provide or restore access.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses where you purchased the product wholly for personal purposes.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Your use of our website and our handling of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our products, website, technology or legal requirements.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing purchase.

The version applying to a purchase will generally be the version in effect when the order was placed.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws applicable where you live, and nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
