All products sold by The Dog Blueprint are digital products supplied electronically after purchase. Nothing is physically shipped.

Digital products and change-of-mind refunds

Because our digital products are made available for immediate access after purchase, we do not provide refunds simply because you change your mind after the digital content has been supplied, where you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that your cancellation right will be lost once supply begins.

Before immediate digital delivery begins, you may be required to confirm that:

you would like the digital content to be supplied immediately; and
you understand that once supply begins, you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel the purchase.

If the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Faulty or inaccessible digital content

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If the digital content you purchased is faulty, materially different from its description, cannot be accessed because of a problem for which we are responsible, or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, please contact us.

Where appropriate, we will first make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, for example by providing a replacement download or restoring access.

Where you are legally entitled to a refund, price reduction or another remedy, we will provide that remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review duplicate-purchase requests on a case-by-case basis.

Download or email issues

If you have completed payment but have not received your download or delivery email, please check your spam or junk folder first.

If you still cannot access your purchase, contact us and we will help restore access. A temporary delivery or email issue does not normally require a refund where we can successfully provide the product you purchased.
